In consideration of the acceptance of this entry on behalf of all participating parties that I am submitting this registration on behalf of, do hereby release Custer County High School, its members, faculty, staff, employers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and the City of Westcliffe and their respective owners, members, agents and employees or affiliates from any and all liability, actions, claims, and demands of any kind that may arise from, or in connection with my/our participation in any aspect of this event, accepting the risks involved and waiving all rights of any kind that may exist now or otherwise exist in the future. In addition, all parties waive any claims that they might have in connection with the cancellation or rescheduling of the event for whatever reasons. All parties represent that their physical condition, to the best of their knowledge is adequate to safely compete in this event and that no physician or other qualified person has advised  us against participating in this event. All parties agree to the terms of this statement on behalf of themselves and their heirs, personal representatives, and assigns. Registration by a parent or guardian is required if applicant is under 18 years of age.
